Chiropractic Care with Our Fremont Chiropractor

The main focus of chiropractic care is in using gentle adjustments to position the vertebrae of your spine. When your spine is set in place, your body functions at a higher level and is often able to repair itself. The adjustments also care for your joints and alleviate conditions such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and runner's knee. Dr. Allen uses his decades of experience in the health industry to evaluate your health and determine a personalized approach to meet your needs. We are open to helping Fremont residents of all ages and have much success when aligning the spine and joints of children and teenagers. Some of the techniques we combine with our chiropractic adjustments include:

Spinal Decompression - we use spinal decompression to eliminate back pain and discomfort caused by conditions such as sciatica and disc herniations. Decompression creates more space between the vertebrae to reduce nerve and disc pressure.

Nutritional Counseling - we combine our physical services with education about a healthy diet. Dr. Allen coaches you on the best foods to eat for your health and your body. Often, a change in diet reduces symptoms of allergies, asthma and fibromyalgia.

Lifestyle Changes - with our holistic approach, we also show you ways to incorporate healthy movements into your daily routine. The goal is to reduce triggers that may increase your pain while keeping your body and mind healthy. This may also include adjustments to your computer stations to prevent muscle tension and discomfort.

Personal Injury - From a small slip in the tub to common pain ailments from overusing specific body parts, personal injuries can become a problem for many people at any time. If you're suffering from neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, or any of the following following a car accident, or a workplace injury then please call Dr. Jesse Allen today!

  • We also work with neurologists, orthopedists, physical therapists, radiology and MRI imaging centers.
  • We accept liens from attorneys
  • No up front payments
  • Free consultation with the doctor to discuss your case

We will make you as good, if not better than you were before your accident!
